CANCELLATION POLICY
RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE 48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 20% total service charge to the client’s card on file. No-shows or failure to notify will result in a 50% charge. Repeated cancellations may lead to restricted future bookings.
